Military Archaeology

Military Archeology follows a Latvian group of archeologists called Legenda that was founded in 1999 in charge of the post-war recovery. They comb through previously war-torn areas in hopes of finding missing soldiers, artifacts, and possibly hidden caches of weaponry.

Their mission is to put fallen soldiers from both German and Russian military groups during WWI and WWII. Thanks to their efforts, they’ve been able to lay soldiers to rest by exhuming their remains and giving them a proper send-off
